CALLING ALL WOMEN
Are you and a small group of friends looking for a way to get in shape, while simultaneously having fun? Iron Bridge Athletics Ladies' Small Group Training may be for you!
We are looking for a group of 3-5 ladies who want to work out together on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9-10 a.m. Each workout will be led by one of our female coaches who will motivate and be with you every step of the way.
The workouts will be effective, challenging, and geared towards the goals of the women in the class. You can expect leg-intensive and calorie-burning workouts. Above all else, expect great workouts with your friends!
